Install Q-Helper
Before you start using the SymetriQ control portal, please install the Q-Helper application on your local computer. You can download it here
You will need this tool for several functions, like connecting directly via KVM (Keyboard Video Mouse) to your deployed servers in your Virtual Private Data Center.
Flash Player
Make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed.
Login to the portal
Once the Q-Helper installation is complete, you can now login to the SymetriQ control portal, using the login and password that was send to you in the confirmation mail.
Credits
Make sure you have enough credits available for the Virtual Datacenter (VDC) you wish to deploy.
