What is a Space

A space in your Portal is a Portal that you create for your customer. Customers for whom you generate a Portal will then have the same functionality you have. This means that your customers can create spaces for their customers.

Spaces allow a whole tree structure to be created where your clients can create their own spaces for their clients and so on, with you managing the whole structure.

In the example above, the administrator of the service or hosting provider can manage the spaces of Customers 1 and 2, and the customers of Customers 1 and 2.

Administrators of Customer 1 can manage their own space and the spaces of Customers 1.1 and 1.2. However, Customer 1 is completely separated from Customer 2.

A space is not a VDC. Within a space, any amount of VDC's can be created ( limited by the amount of credits of course ).

Creating spaces

Click on "My Customers" then select "action"

Then click on "Create a new customer" and follow the wizard.

Note that an email will be sent after the space is created with the login details.
