KVM
KVM (Keyboard, Video and Mouse) allows access to the Virtual Machine directly through the hypervisor. This option is only available if you have access to the Control Portal and you have te Q-Helper application installed (currently only available from Microsoft Windows)
Go to "My Machines" then click on the Machine you would like to access. This will open the Machine details page, from there you can click on the "Connections" tab, you can then click on "Start a Keyboard-Video-Mouse session"
Please note that you might experience a degraded user experience when using KVM to access a Windows 2008 Server. We advice to use RDP as an alternative during the beta.
RDP
Click on "Configure Remote Connections" A window asking you for a login and password will pop up.
Once you fill in your username/password and you click enable, these will be verified and you will be able to login to the machine using RDP. Should this fail, make sure that your firewall allows for the appropriate ports to be accessed
SSH
Works in the same way as enabling RDP.
TELNET
No password is required to activate this service, but we advice you to be very careful when using this service, as it has serious security issues.
VNC
Enabling VNC will not ask for a password at this time.
